U.S. Soccer Club Technical Leadership License (Level 1).

This demanding course focuses on strengthening the skills and systems needed to lead player development at the club level. Its curriculum emphasizes creating a player-centered environment, understanding the key components of long-term player development, and building a clear club philosophy on how players learn and coaches teach. The course also included assessing club strengths and areas for improvement, developing a parent engagement plan, designing an age-appropriate learning plan for a specific age group and gender, and establishing an ongoing process for coach assessment and professional development.
